We know that post-compulsory education has to evolve to meet the needs of future learners throughout their lifetimes. We need more flexibility and better integration of pathways across further and higher education, a system that encourages and supports learning throughout life, and one that equips learners with the skills that will prepare them to build their careers in a dynamic labour market. How are policymakers thinking about the tertiary learning landscape, and how might education providers adapt to meet the challenge of building a tertiary future?
